Account Suspension and Termination
cb998 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where cb998 has reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been used in breach of these Terms, applicable law, or in a manner that is harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other users.
You may close your account at any time by contacting cb998 support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or AML checks. Bonus balances not yet meeting rollover requirements are not withdrawable upon voluntary account closure.
